  • Deep Core Essentials

    When we repeat dysfunctional patterns (in sitting, walking, running, doing every day tasks etc.), our body will adapt to staying within the dysfunction, rather than correcting itself.

    In this foundation workshop we will look at some of these patterns and address problems in particularly in the deep fascial core (your Deep Front Line) by intentionally train the ways the brain, breath and body connect.

    You will learn

    - movement exercises using ground, gravity and breath.

    - the foundations of building supportive inner core strength

    - fascial release techniques & training exercises you can integrate into your everyday life: on the run, on the desk, in the car, pre/during or post training and at home.

    If you want to

    - reduce/ relief chronic tension and pain

    - build supportive deep core strength

    - improve functional mobility and strength, and with this

    - enhance athletic performance, movement efficiency, and most importantly the longevity of your life in motion.

    This workshop will be recorded, and the recording will be available for 30 days after the workshop.

    What you need: A mat or a comfortable base to lay, sit and stand on, a towel.
